Great session at Ynyslas today with just Blaschito and me. First for almost 2 months so good to get rinsed in the sea again.

Good first hour with enough power on 4m to get out through some of the waves and white water with the odd jump - the wind then dropped a bit and it was hard to get through the white water.

The most exciting jumps were one when the back foot came out of the straps and I did the splits and another when I hadn't got into the straps before I hit the wave and did a short superman followed by a bellyflop!
